SHIPPING
All shipping is handled by USPS priority mail and we only charge you a flat rate cost. We do not charge any additional handling or packaging fees. All Flat Rate U.S.orders are $5.99.
All packages shipped via USPS Priority are insured up to $50 order value. You will also receive shipment tracking emails. Please allow 5-7 days to receive your order. Orders are typically received, processed and shipped within a week from the time order is placed.
RETURNS
Valganics Handcrafted Soap, Body & More is unable to accept a refund for used products due to their sanitary nature. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or would like an exchange, please email us at val@valganics.com so that we can take care of you.
